The objective of the admission process into the Erisma program is to maximize the learning experience of each participant, and it will not be based on previously acquired knowledge. So, although the program is open to anyone who wants to participate, it will much more useful to those people who lead relatively large groups of people, or who occupy positions with high public exposure. At the same time, a substantial part of the learning experience derives from the interaction with the other participants, so another criterion we are observing is the diversity of the groups.

An Erisma series lasts for three months. Each group of students will be made up of maximum 20 participants. Should the number of the applications exceed the number of available places, the people who have passed the admission process are registered on a waiting list for the next Erisma series.

Financial Details

The price of the Erisma program is 3.000 EUR + VAT. It includes participation to classes, the residential weekend and catering for coffee and lunch breaks.

The accepted candidates will make a first payment of minimum 1.000 EUR + VAT until the end of the application period, and the rest until the date the courses begin.
