The goal of the Erudio Association is to contribute to setting up a community of leaders and opinion formatters, at the borderline between the business, the non-profit organizations and cultural environment. This community defines itself by adhering to the following values:

  • The continuous investment in self development and education
  • A creative, free of prejudice attitude
  • Openness towards others
  • Interest for balance between the professional and personal life
  • Implication in society
  • Focus on action
  • Preoccupation for excellence

Erudio’s motivation is that each company, organization or community can have a lot to gain by investing intelligently in developing its talents, its top people. Any leader has a lot to gain if he makes the inspired choice to invest in the time he or she spends with people whom he can learn from, and whom he can teach.

The Erudio concept means the development of educational, personal development and interaction programs which offer creative and innovative solutions to the challenges leaders from different domains are faced with.

The means to accomplish the Association’s goals is the exchange of knowledge, ideas, experiences and emotions, facilitated at the meetings of the members of this community during the Association’s programs or during the projects developed together.

This is, in our opinion, the most enriching aspect of education – knowledge put into practice through common efforts to everibody’s advantage.
