Executive Manager, Erudio

I am an economist and EMBA ASEBUSS graduate, year 2006, and I have been activating in business for 13 years now. I have worked as Logistic Assistant and Account Manager in Arexim, as Business Development Manager in Mobilrom (Orange), Sales Manager in GTS Telecom, and Consultant in Ascendis.

During the 5 years I lead the retail GTS Telecom team, I achieved a double performance: the increase of sales with 30-30% annually, as well as the successful creation and implementation of the business architecture in the retail segment. Achieving these goals was possible through initiating, coordinating, and developing of some complex projects: GTS Telecom has developed and put into practice its own CRM solution; GTS has adapted the position of its services according to the changing internet market dynamics; it has developed new products and permanent in-house training with the sales personnel (every Thursday afternoon I would teach sales, leadership, coaching, business models, negotiation trainings).

At Ascendis I have developed and taught training programs on the topics that I am mostly interested in: sales – management and abilities, communication, leadership. I have worked with Microsoft, Assa Abloy, Dufa Deutek, and GfK Romania – more than 100 training days, over 500 participants.

Today I am Partner and Executive Manager ERUDIO, a company whose goal is to create, develop and deliver educational programs – at the border between the cultural and the business world – addressed to top managers in Romanian companies. Starting from an original idea I had, ERUDIO launched the concept – “Erisma – Creative Leadership”, the first initiative of this sort in Romania.
